Losing
Weight Starts with the Soul In part 1 of this series, I gave you an overview and a short history of the Bach Flower Remedies. The 38 remedies have been used for over 60 years successfully by professionals as well as laymen. Uses & Preparation 1) For acute cases, 2 drops can be placed in a little spring water and sipped periodically until you feel better. For example, if you were taking a test a school and was feeling anxious. You could place 2 drops of the desired remedy in a little water and sip it before the test and, if possible, during the test. 2) When there is a long standing issue that needs to be worked through, a treatment bottle needs to be prepared. To prepare a treatment bottle, use a 1oz dropper bottle filled with spring water. Add 2 drops of the specific remedy/remedies (when using more than one remedy, add 2 drops of each). A long standing issue can be the coping with the loss of a loved one. To help you cope with grief and deal with the pain, a good remedy to start with is Rescue Remedy, which will be discussed later.
Hornbeam - Vitality Remedy Sometimes the reaction is instantaneous. You will begin a cleaning frenzy, shop for foods for your diet, map out a plan for change, etc… If the idea of starting your diet causes you stress, you can prepare both Hornbeam and Rescue Remedy in a treatment bottle to be taken a different intervals during the day. Preparing the treatment bottle was discussed earlier in this article.
