Oh and one more thing.

Shake before you open the lotion and put it on.

You might notice that water forms on the top and the lotion on the bottom becomes really thick. That is because the water is being pulled out of the lotion. This is exactly what it does when you put it on your skin. By pulling out the excess water your cellulite becomes less noticable and your skin tightens.

Like most brand name cellulite creams, the results are not permanent. Although the excess water may also pull out toxins, this is seen as a temporary solution, which is why you must put it on daily. Thats why its great its so cheap! The more permanent solutions to cellulite cost hundreds of dollars. I personally dont mind putting on lotion everyday. Its good for your skin and helps fight aging.

I made a cellulite cream that woorks soooo good and so cheap.
1)You take a bottle of lotion (not to thick, and not watery) or take an empty container and put whatever lotion you want in it (I use cheap coco butter, about 6 bucks for the big bottles.) Can NOT be full to the top.
2) Go to the store and buy caffine pills, can get a bottle for like 3 bucks. I use jet-alert.
3) Crush them up (about 6 per every 7 oz. of lotion or so) until it is a smooth powder.... NO LARGE CHUNKS. I went out to the store and got the ceramic hand grinders, they are usually pretty cheap. If you have a hard time get it off the internet or go to a cooking store.
4) Then buy a bottle of Acetyl L Carnitine pills. Got mine, (AmerMed) off ebay for a few bucks.
5) Open up about 5 of the capsules (per 7 oz. of lotion), dump the contents into the lotion.
6) Add the now powder caffine to the lotion, put on the lid and shake for 2/3 minutes.

-Apply like you would regular lotion and after a few days you will see results.
-These two ingredients are what are used in many cellulite brand creams, but these creams are usually expensive and the bottles only last 3 weeks.
-You should be able to make about 16 seven oz. bottles of lotion with these pills. This costs you about $10-15 and then you choose the lotion. All together if you choose to use less expensive lotion its about $1 per 7 oz. and it works!

Hi, I wonder if you really mean "Germanium Oil" as is stated on this cellulite treatment page- "Germanium - Boosts the body’s circulation"
or do you mean Geranium? When it comes to essential oils I did not know that the trace mineral Germanium was available as an oil and I know that Geranium, 'Pelargonium graveolens' is, and would like clarification so I get and use the correct product. Thanks for any and all help. Karen
