Do you want to tone up your flabby arms once and for all? The good news is that tightening up your arms is a realistic goal. You can drastically improve the tightness of your upper arms relatively quickly if you take the right approach, which I will explain to you throughout this article.
When it comes to getting rid of flabby arms, you need to tackle the problem from multiple angles.
Here is what you need to do to tone up your arms and eliminate the flab:
#1 Lose Excessive Body Fat
Women in particular are prone to storing excess body fat in their upper arms. In order to eliminate your flabby upper arms, you need to lose weight. Typically most people just need to eat a healthier diet, and restrict some calories from their diet.
#2 Resistance Train
Now let’s get one thing straight before I even get into this topic… I am not suggesting that you only perform resistance exercises for your arms only. That would not make any sense, since thousands of repetition of arm exercises will not help you get rid of your flabby arms. What you need to do is perform a full body resistance workout regularly.
The resistance exercises will boost your metabolism (which will help you lose excess fat) and will also increase muscle tone.
#3 Perform Arm Wraps
An arm wrap is essentially the same as a body wrap, but it focuses on the arms only. You may have had a complete body wrap at the spa before. Basically a paste is applied to your skin, and wrapping cloths are applied to your body.
Arm wraps are a very simple yet effective procedure that can be performed at home. Arm wraps will help tighten the skin on your arms, and aid overall body weight loss. The nice thing about are wraps is that you will see immediate results in the form of inch loss. You will also notice that the skin will feel and appear much tighter.
In my ebook “Wrap Yourself Slim, Body Wraps Exposed” I outline effective home body wrapping techniques for inch loss. Some of my clients have lost up to 3 inches off of their arms after only two wraps!
To conclude, if you follow all three of the steps I’ve outlined in this article, I’m confident that you will eliminate your flabby arms in very little time.

After trying to solve my flabby arm problem with exercise…I found a better solution for me. Slimpressions! Shapewear for the arms (and back fat and jelly belly too!) My new favorite staple in my wardrobe. I think herroom.com has free shipping but I know you can order them at http://www.slimpressions.com too.
Well my arms are really fatt And my face and stomach
The best way to get rid of fat and firm the skin is to do high intsity and short(30 min.) work outs. Narrow bench presses are great for triceps (the flabby area) and do bicep curls as part of a balanced full body work out schedule.
Do NOT listen to all these out of shape babble mouth moms who think they know. I am a fitness freak and am married to a 39 year old hard-as-nails figure contestant Registred Nurse who also holds a ACE certificate. We know what it takes and fat does NOT go away with a mud wrap.
But change your diet, make sure it will include Yams, brown rice, yogurt with organic musli and blueberries for breakfast and eat every 3 hours a little organic food, like rice, yams, chicken breast, vegatables and fruits. Drink a lot of water (3/4) of a gallon per day and NO salt and Sugar.
You need to feed your body good food and lots of it. Do NOT starve. Muslce needs to be fed in order to grow. My work out program actually makes woman eat more food than what made them fat. But my diet is probably different and eaten at different times.
No salt and Sugar; Use Curcuma (Kurry) and pepper, Oragano and other spices to spice up your food.
NO solft drinks.
Work out only 30 minutes 3-4 times per week, but do it VERY intensive. You need the rest of the days to recover and grow MUSCLES, as that will be the ONLY way to furn fat. No treadmill and life cycles session.
Do Yoga and Palatis but again; AVOID long jogging and long cardio sessions as they will NOT grow you mucle. 2 pounds of extra muscle (above your natural genetic set point) will burn an additional 80-110 calories per day.
So if you gain 10 pounds of muslce in a year or a year and a half you burn, even when not moving at all in between work outs (of course) a whooping 800-1100 calories…per day!
Get in to a super intense weight training schedule and blast the hell out of your body, that will make you burn fat, improve cardio and add muscle…nothoing else will get your body back to where it belongs…

Sorry, I was calculating the fat buring ratio in kilo grams.
If you gain 2.2 (one kilo) pounds of muscle, you will burn between 80-110 calories per day.
If you gain 5 pounds of mulsce that is 400-550 calories per day of extra potential fat burning. You (man)can realisticly gain about 5-7 kilo’s of muscle per year (woman about 3-5) for the first 3 years, after that all you have to do is maintain it and the muscle will keep burning and remain, even if you lower your calory intake for a few weeks, but as long as yuo work out and pick up the diet again your muscle will snap right back once you have the fibers.
