Would you be excited if I told you that you could lose 10 pounds two weeks from now?. I wouldn’t normally recommend that you aim for 10 pounds of weight loss in only two weeks, but I can tell you from experience that it is an attainable goal.
Now in all honesty, not all of that weight is going to be fat weight. The maximum number of actual fat weight you could lose in 14 days is probably only around 6 pounds. However, losing a total of 10 pounds of scale weight in two weeks from now can be done if you are willing to work hard.
Let me show you how I’ve been able to achieve this in the past…
The 10 Pounds in Two Weeks Weight Loss Plan
There are three steps that I used to lose 10 pounds in two weeks. I’m going to outline each of those steps below. Remember that in order to achieve such substantial weight loss in such a short period of time, it’s crucial that you follow every step in full detail. Skipping or slacking on only one of these steps will make it nearly impossible to succeed.
Step #1 – Home body wraps
During my quest for 10 pounds in two weeks, I performed three home body wraps weekly. The weight loss wraps not only helped drop inches fast, they also made my body more efficient at burning fat which seemed to accelerate my weight loss near the middle of the second week.
Tip: You can perform extremely effective & inexpensive weight loss body wraps at home. I’ve experimented and found some fabulous recipes which I outline in my book: “Wrap Yourself Slim, Body Wraps Exposed“.
Step #2 – A clean, healthy diet
You don’t need to get fancy with your diet, just eliminate junk food, and eat healthy foods. What I did was estimate my resting metabolic rate. This is the number of calories you burn each day to maintain your body weight.
Once I figured out my RMR, I made sure that I ate about 300 calories under my RMR each and every day.
Here are more tips that really helped me lose weight fast:
- I ate 5-8 smaller meals a day instead of

- Drank protein shakes
- Consumed essential oils like flax and olive oil
- Never at hydrogenated fats
- Consumed high protein meals
- I drank as much water as possible each day

Step #3 – A simple exercise routine
I performed both cardiovascular exercise, as well as some resistance work with exercise bands. I followed the routine in the “Strip That Fat Program” mentioned above.
It was something like this:
Cardiovascular exercise – 40-60 minutes 5 days a week. I would either walk at a fast pace or cycle.
Resistance exercise - I used exercise bands and my body weight to perform resistance workout 3 days a week. They were interval style workouts that kept my heart rate up. I also performed plenty of abdominal work.
More things to consider
In addition to following the above three steps I’ve mentioned, it’s also extremely important that you sleep as much as possible each night, to allow your body to function at it’s fullest each and every day. The experts recommend at least 7 hours of sleep each night, but I slept for 8-9 hours during the two week period, and I’m confident that all of that sleep really helped my reach my goals.
In addition to getting as much sleep as you possible can, try to be as relaxed as possible. Minimizing stress can have a profound effect on your health. Just try not to get worked up over little things, I think you will be amazed at how much better you will feel just by doing this.
Putting it all together
I am confident that if you put all of these “puzzle pieces” that I mention together, you will be able to lose 10 pounds 2 weeks from now. Sure it won’t be a cake walk, but I can tell you that it is a realistic goal and I felt fabulous after that 2 weeks was up.
As I mentioned earlier, I based this routine on the “Strip That Fat” weight loss program, which I highly recommend if you are serious about fast weight loss.
