Let’s be honest… Most of us could afford to lose a few inches off of our waist. The big question is, what is the best way to accomplish this?
The only way to successfully lose waist inches is to take a multifaceted approach. I never recommend using only one method, because combining multiple methods is so much more effective.
What is the best way to lose waist inches?
The fastest and most efficient way to lose those extra inches around your waist requires the following three step approach:
Waist inch loss step #1: Try an inch loss stomach wrap
An inch loss stomach wrap will not only accomplish immediate inch loss, but it will also promote long term weight loss. Stomach wraps can be performed at the local spa, or, you can give yourself a stomach wrap at home with a few simple ingredients.

Waist inch loss step #2: A well balanced calorie restricted diet
If you are really serious about losing inches in your waist, you must not only eat healthy foods, but you also have to ma
ke sure you are eating less food than your body burns each day. Although there is no magic number, consuming around 300 calories under your resting metabolic rate (RMR) usually does the trick.

Waist inch loss step #3: Exercise 3 or more times weekly
Just get out and be as active as you possibly can each day. You don’t have to run a marathon or anything here, what is important is that you are physically active most days of the week for at least 30-60 minutes. This physical activity helps you burn calories and improve your circulation which will accelerate overall body fat loss helping decrease inches in your waist.
Any cardiovascular exercise works very well for this. I usually recommend walking or cycling, since jogging can take it’s toll on your joints.
Body resistance training should also be considered, as it will not only help you burn calories during your workout but will also help increase the number of calories your body burn each day by building lean muscle tissue.
The bottom line
If need to drop a dress size in a week, then your only option is the stomach wrap. Ultimately, a long term approach that combines stomach wraps with a healthy diet and regular exercise is the way to do.
