Make Your Thighs Thinner – How To Melt Away Inches On Your Thighs

Losing inches off your thighs quickly may sound too good to be true, but it is very realistic if you take the right approach.  In order to see the best results, I always recommend the multi-faceted approach which involves a combination of the following:

  • Weight loss diet – There is no way you can get around this one!  If you want to lose inches off of your thighs, you have to eat a sensible diet and restrict caloric intake.
  • Regular cardiovascular exercise – Just like any fat loss routine, you need to exercises at least four times weekly to burn calories and ensure that your body reaches a state of caloric deficit.  This is the only way that that pesky thigh fat will melt away!
  • Thigh wraps – A thigh wrap is a simple procedure that will produce immediate inch loss if performed properly, with the right recipe.  Although this method should be used in conjunction with diet and exercise, it will produce the fastest results.

Diet & Exercise For Thinner Thighs

If you are just beginning a weight loss routine, then I recommend that you keep it as simple as possibe.  The easiest way to start out is simply by eating healthier foods, and exercising more.  As you progress, you will have to track your caloric intake and monitor progress.

Thigh Wraps For Inch Loss

A thigh wrap is essentially the same as a body wrap, but target the thighs only.  The thigh wrapping process involves applying clay based paste to your thighs and wrapping material around them for about 1-2 hours.  The ingredients in the thigh wrap can vary, but usually consist of clay, essential oils and other herbs.

Thigh wraps are a common spa treatment, but can easily be administered at home as long as you have the right supplies.  If you haven’t tried a thigh wrap I highly recommend that you do!

    I want to loose a few inches every where! My thighs and knees are really big and embarrassing! I try to eat healthy but when it doesn’t work I just give up! I am 12 and weigh 148 pounds and I’m about 5’5 but I feel really fat when I’m around my skinny friends! HELP!

    Ok a lot of people are really self concious with they’re body. Well I know now how you guys feel, Im the tallest out of my whole grade(out of all girls not guys) I’m 5’9 and I’m 13 yeah I’m really tall. Well I weigh 130-135 and I don’t like the fact. Most people say I’m normal I’m tall and that’s why I weigh that much well most people don’t know that I have a pregnant womens stmach. Well a little kinda and I hate it, my friends say I have skinny legs but I’m a size 8 or 9 or even bigger depending on the jean brand. I’m super self concious about wearing short things I have never in my life worn jeans shorts out in the summer. I want to lose my stomach and at least be a size 7 in 3-4 months. This year instead of lieing about not being able to go to the pool or beach because I’m too self concious I want to be proud and say yes because I know I have a slim body. How can i lose at least 10-30 pounds in 3-4 months? I count calotis i eat 1250-1675 calories a day, sometimes over. Can anyone tell me how I can lose weight 10-30 pounds in 3-4 months? I’m in basketball pretty obvious and soccer is coming up. Soooo is that good? Or should I keep excersising?

    okay, sooooo all the guys say i am the perfect size 5’3 and “skinny with a big butt” but having a “big” butt comes with BIG thighs. i am sooo self concious my friends are literallly soooo skinny. and i just wanna loookk good this summmer PLEAASEE helppp.

    I am 19, between a 7 and 9 in jeans. Weigh about 140 lbs but i have a huuuugggee butt and it also comes with the huge thighs. what is an easy way to deal with that?

    I’m 13 years old. i used to be sooooooooo skinny!! i used to be 71 pounds at the age of 10. now at the age of 13 im 132 pounds !! i gained more than 50 pounds in 3 years
    im 5’6 and 132 pounds. when me and my dad go out shopping .. trust me .. it might be a girls dream to go shopping every sunday, BUT NOT MINE !!
    i will try on like .. 7-13 pairs of jeans
    in the end i get out of the store without anything. i wanna be 71 pounds again. HELP MEEEEEEEEEEE !

    My name is Clara, I’m 14, and I eat pretty healthy, and work out on a regular basis, but my thighs are huge. The rest of my body is fine, but my thighs are huge. My thighs are ALL muscle; from working out. But I don’t want them that toned because try are huge, and look disproportional to the rest of my body. Since my thighs are all muscle, how do I slim them down to a normal size?? Do I stop working out??

    hi I’m Emma, I’m 13 going on 14
    I’m quiet pear shaped, I have large hips and a skinny waist.. which doesnt bother me. But my legs are quiet muscley, and I know I can do nothing about that, but my thighs are big, and I’m sure that it’s not just muscle… i am quite athletic, and i eat alot – but its all healthy food and i do work off anything I might have put on. So how do I get rid of my big thighs without interrupting the rest of my body? because I do feel really selfconcience. Thnks

    I’m 14 and I weigh around 116. Though people say I am super skinny and I have the “perfect” butt, I find it hard to believe because my theighs are huge and my butt has tons of stretch marks. I mean I play 4 sports and I eat relatively well but I still can’t get skinnier.. I’ve now reduced my daily calorie intake to 1500 and I exercise every day to try to lose all that fat. Hopefully that works and I start to lose weight. As for all you people out there with thigh problems like mine, how bout becoming vegitarians?

    My name is Breebree and I weigh 320 lbs. Sadly, I’m only 13 years old…I am skinny and normal, untill you look at my thighs. I run 3 miles a day, exerciese 29 differant exercises 31 times, and eat healthy, small meals. I have only lost 3 lbs. Please help me if you can.

    Im 12 and people say that I shouldnt worry cause Im skinny but its not that I have really big thighs and its really embarrassin I cant wear leggins or jeans without a long top otherwise my legs look HUGE!! I need some advice for them to be nice and skinny like my friends so I can wear Jean shorts and stuff without being embarrassed by my Big thighs Please please help I need slimmer thighs please is there anything for a quick slimmer thighs?!?!

    Hi. I’m 5’3 and about 116 lbs. I do have larger thighs but I wouldn’t say that they are large or huge. I find that using Zumba Fitness (I use it on the wii) helps to slim your hips and legs and core. Also, side lunges helps the inner thigh. Another thing that helps is yoga. I receive Yoga Journal magazines and practice some of the poses from there and they help my thighs as well. As for muscular thighs, don’t stop exercising. Instead, try to avoid doing jumps and stuff as the impact helps build muscle. Yoga would probably be a good idea for muscular thighs as well. But, remember, everyone is beautiful in their own way, so don’t place too much emphasis on your thighs. Think about what does make you beautiful. Bye! :)

    Hi, I’m thirteen and i weigh 98 pounds but the thing is i’m small for my grade people think i’m 11 and the only thing that makes me look fat are my huge thighs. they are literally bigger than my hips. I play field hockey year round but nothing else maybe i should exercise more because i eat healthy. Ugh! Its so annoying!

    I am very serious in my dance career, and I’m really skinny and all. But that lakes my big butt stand out, and with big butts come big thighs. I’m sooooo embarrassed whenever we do jumps, because they’re huge! Help!

    I’m 14, 5’4, and i weigh 117. My friends say im the perfect size, and my boyfriend does too! But my thighs are freakin huge, and I’m always making up exuses in the summertime to not go swimming with my friends. and when i go to the beach, I keep a towel around my legs.
