Make Your Thighs Thinner – How To Melt Away Inches On Your Thighs

Losing inches off your thighs quickly may sound too good to be true, but it is very realistic if you take the right approach.  In order to see the best results, I always recommend the multi-faceted approach which involves a combination of the following:

  • Weight loss diet – There is no way you can get around this one!  If you want to lose inches off of your thighs, you have to eat a sensible diet and restrict caloric intake.
  • Regular cardiovascular exercise – Just like any fat loss routine, you need to exercises at least four times weekly to burn calories and ensure that your body reaches a state of caloric deficit.  This is the only way that that pesky thigh fat will melt away!
  • Thigh wraps – A thigh wrap is a simple procedure that will produce immediate inch loss if performed properly, with the right recipe.  Although this method should be used in conjunction with diet and exercise, it will produce the fastest results.

Diet & Exercise For Thinner Thighs

If you are just beginning a weight loss routine, then I recommend that you keep it as simple as possibe.  The easiest way to start out is simply by eating healthier foods, and exercising more.  As you progress, you will have to track your caloric intake and monitor progress.

Thigh Wraps For Inch Loss

A thigh wrap is essentially the same as a body wrap, but target the thighs only.  The thigh wrapping process involves applying clay based paste to your thighs and wrapping material around them for about 1-2 hours.  The ingredients in the thigh wrap can vary, but usually consist of clay, essential oils and other herbs.

Thigh wraps are a common spa treatment, but can easily be administered at home as long as you have the right supplies.  If you haven’t tried a thigh wrap I highly recommend that you do!

    Hi, I have recently decided to lose weight and try to shrink my thighs also. I’ve come up with a routine that has helped me lose weight somewhat fast. I get up in the morning and walk 20 minutes on an incline before breakfast. Then I go to the gym and do the stair mill, run just 1 mile (due to bad cartilage), then the elliptical, the bike and then the stair climber. Then At night I walk 20 minutes at an incline before I go to bed. Your legs will be sore at first but you just have to push through and you will see results. Oh and I eat a 1200 calorie diet with a lot of protein. I suggest whey protein because this protein helps you create a more slim and toned figure.

    Yeah i guess my thighs and calves are really muscular. When they’re really tensed up, i cant seem to find any fats around the calves area. Is there anyway to make my calves and thighs smaller? I’m really depressed by going around and looking at others’ legs. ):

    i need to lose so much fat in so little time.school starts in weeks and i don’t wanna be fat for all my pre and teen years.Just because i am fat people call me ugly and i am not.i am so pretty but everyone just looks at how fat i am.i walk in the halls and people look at me and call me fat, ugly, stupid,idiot and i am sick of it.i just want to loose this weight so i can go back to school and brag about it.cuz i wanna wear short shorts and mini skirts and look so so hot.its so bad that my own grandmother does not like me.she talks about me behind my back and i cry when i look at mysrlf in the mirror.what i see is a fat ugly white monster.so my weight has not just effected me physically but mentally.i love myself too much to hurt it with those retarded surgey things so i just need to lose fat naturally.PLEASE HELP ME. :(

    If you are serious about losing fat, you can do it fairly quickly. About 8 pounds per month would be considered “healthy” weight loss. What you need to do is get as active as possible every single day. Exercise is very important!

    Diet is even more important, and you will have to carefully watch not only the foods that you eat, but also how many calories you consume.

    Some tips:

    - Eat no packaged foods at all
    - Non starchy vegetables should be the main carbohydrate in your diet
    - Eat high quality fats, protein, and minimial carbs (under 100 grams of carbs/day)

    Be sure to visit a doctor first to make sure that your excess weight is not caused by a thyroid problem.

    hi. i am really desperate to lose weight. i’ve tried not eating, or play sports, but nothing seems to happen. our PROM is almost near, and i cant seem to fit in my clothes. i think im getting bigger and bigger and i have no idea how to stop it and lose weight. i really need help. my legs are sort of big for my height. please help me. ):

    Don’t starve yourself – you need to change your daily habits in order to lose weight. It comes down to a combination of eating the right foods and exercising-every single day.

    Get as active as you can. Walk, bike, swim etc. Do something every single day for 20-40min.

    You have to keep eating (don’t starve yourself), but you probably need to cut back on the number of calories you eat. Eat a “clean” healthy diet. Nothing packaged, no wheat, no sugar, minimal grains. Eat less carbohydrates, and more sources of healthy fat and protein.

    hi i really want to lose 10 pounds before i start school in 2 weeks. help? im 13 and weigh about 130-135. which is obviously overweight. im a size 9 in pants but i want to be a size 3. any advice on how to achieve my goal before i start school??

    Just try sticking to the basics-eat well and exercise. It really is that simple Jamie.

    You need to eliminate all packaged foods, sugar, white flour etc. Eat whole foods that are 100% natural like green veggies, Avocados, free-run eggs and the list goes on.

    i am either 5’1 or 5’2 and my thighs’ circumference is 20 inches. :/ I weigh 94 pounds. I want to lose at least 2 inches off my thighs. I go to the gym 3 times a week and it’s been 2 and a half weeks since i started. Can you please tell me how to lose 2 inches off my thighs before school starts in 3 weeks? I have been trying to eat less junk during the day and decreasing the portion of every meal. I don’t know what else to do. I haven’t lost anything! NOTHING. Please help mee! i know i’m not fat, but my thighs are sorta big. They grew really fast during the last spring break (because i let myself eat alot of junk…i mean ALOT) and now they won’t get thinner. )’: PLEASE HELPP.

    Hey just like everybody school starts in 2 weeks. I’m 17 and i weigh 127lbs i wana get it to 120 before school. I wake up late cuz i sleep in and i only eat 2 meals a day, and some times i snack a little at night. My upper body is just fine but i hav a big butt and thick thighs, i do excerise and run 30 mins every other day and i do tone legs excerises everyday. I am watchin what i eat. My weight goes up and down when ever i eat something so i can never be at one spot, like today i was 126 but i could be 128 like tomrow. i hate it lol. Im conffident about my appearnce but i just want my legs skinner i do sqeeze into size 3 jeans but its not the fit i want it to be lol. haha but yea. any more advice?

    Hey its me again, i just relized that i shouldn’t do tone excersies everyday or im just gona hav my legs even more thicker, and i hav noticed it already. Now that im aware of that factor, iv only been doing it for atleat 2 weeks, so should i stop toning for a while and let my musles chill? or should i just tone once a week? I belive the reason i cant get off that extra few pounds is because of my thighs. I belive theres still fat in them its not just all musle so i still hav a chance to make them smaller cuz they used to be before i started eating too much lol. But do u hav any good advice like if i should stop toning for a whiile or contunie? idk cuz i know i can take those few inches off. But how. Im doing it all wrong.

    Hi. I’m seriously considering purchasing your products. My major hesitation is which product to purchase and how to use them.     hi im 13 years old, i weigh 135 pounds, i have been working out for about 45 minutes a day and eating 1200 calories, i have lost 5 pounds in these past few weeks, it hasnt made much of a difference, but i want to reach my goal of 120 pounds in about 2 months, i absolutely hate my thighs, will they get small if i continue to do what im doing? its hard and i hate it but im willing to do anything to get these last 15 pounds off and to have my legs look amazing in a bikini. please reply, thanks.

    Hi Britney,

    I can’t give you any definite answers without knowing your body type. My recommendation is to have realistic expectations and appreciate your body for what it is. If you have large thighs, it does not necessarily mean that the have a high percentage of fat on them.

    Keep training hard and eat well and you should reach your goals. 2-3 pounds of fat loss weekly is healthy, any more is not.

    hi my name is Spencer and i am 16 years old, i guess i am muscular because i was a cheerleader/gymnast for 9 years, i was always really skinny and never worried about my weight untill a few years ago now my legs are pretty big(muscular) i have been running around 3-5 mi a day depending how i feel and i was wondering if i kept doing that and had a healthy diet if id be able to lose inches and make my thighs, legs smaller and if there is any other way to decrease the size of my thighs if its even possible, and i also want to lose inches all around. should i keep running and is there anything else that i can do to get faster results?

    Hi irs spencer again, i just wanted to add that i am not looking into have stick legs, i just want to look less bulky and more long and lean and lose inches around my entire body just to the point where im comfortable inn my own body if that makes any sense.,
