Losing inches off your thighs quickly may sound too good to be true, but it is very realistic if you take the right approach. In order to see the best results, I always recommend the multi-faceted approach which involves a combination of the following:
- Weight loss diet – There is no way you can get around this one! If you want to lose inches off of your thighs, you have to eat a sensible diet and restrict caloric intake.
- Regular cardiovascular exercise – Just like any fat loss routine, you need to exercises at least four times weekly to burn calories and ensure that your body reaches a state of caloric deficit. This is the only way that that pesky thigh fat will melt away!
- Thigh wraps – A thigh wrap is a simple procedure that will produce immediate inch loss if performed properly, with the right recipe. Although this method should be used in conjunction with diet and exercise, it will produce the fastest results.
Diet & Exercise For Thinner Thighs

if u wanna downsize ur thighs eliminate fast food, white foods (bread, pasta), and sugary things such as soda-snack on fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water. do front, side, and backs leg lifts-just hold onto something and keeping your leg straight, raise it so it is horizontal, forwards for front ones, sideways for side ones, and so on. Run or walk as much as you can on either monday, wednesday, friday, and saturday or sunday; or sunday, tuesday, thursday, and saturday. do 50 leg lifts each leg in each direction in the evening on those nights. you can rotate-for instance 10 right front, 10 left front, and so on until you are done. 50 jumping jacks and a total of five minutes jumping rope (can be broken into segments) is not a bad idea either.

just hustle those legs.think of it as your hands,which you use alot.instead of riding car,bus,train,etc…you can ride a bicycle,walk,jog,or run to your destination.just be natural,use your body.These cars,trains,video games are good things,but it spoils your mind.Try to be natural,for it has no side effects.work instead of lying around.just pray and hustle your way to fitness.you can do it, i did it ,and so are millions in this entire planet.

I’m 4’11″ and i’m pretty chubby for my height, weighing 102.8. I used to weight a lot more @ 112, but it seems that no matter how much weight I loose my thighs never get smaller. Jumping jacks and yoga helps a lot and you can also just jump really high with your legs straight while in the air for like 10-15 minutes. You should also drink water instead of soda and don’t eat sugary foods like cany and don’t eat unhealthy foods like McDonalds and Burger King and fast food restruants, eat whole wheat bread instead of white, try not to eat pasta. Eggs without too much salt or pepper would be nice. Also make sure to eat breakfast early in the morning to keep your motabolism going and eat three meals a day, but not big ones just small meals. And try not to eat after 6:00pm and if that’s too hard then try 7:00pm. Be on a healthy diet, ice cream may be really good, but think about it as if the fat would go straight to your thighs then you wouldn’t want to eat it as much. Sugary foods may be good, but fruits can be good too such as oranges, apples, mangos, pineapples, strawberries, pears, grapes, bananas (my favorite) and ect. Tray fruits for breakfast then a little meat for lunch then some vegetables for dinner. Remember not to eat after 6:00pm or 7:00pm. Instead of exercising at one time of day try doing 200-300 jumping jacks in the morning then jumping for a minute after. Then later in the afternoon try yoga then some jumping jacks then later at night you can do some jumping jacks and jumping. If you get sore the next day that means your doing really well, but even though your sore keep repeating the same process. Might be hard but it’ll be worth it. While doing these exercises why not listen to some music? And to help yourself from eating at night after 7:00pm sleep earlier to stop your self from eating. And when you wake up early in the morning for breakfast you should be hungry. Besides all the other foods try some walnuts, their very healthy for you, and it has omega-3 in it. Well hope I helped and by the way you can just lose inches off those thighs in 30 minutes that’s like almost impossible, you need time well atleast a month or two. And you don’t have to do the exercises everyday you can do it 6 days a week and rest one day unless you want to loose it fast, but you should still be on the diet. And you people who say the your thighs are fat, you guys aren’t even that fat! Be lucky to be not obese like others, if you feel this bad right not think of how bad you’d feel if you were obese. Hi uhm. I have a question. I’m 13 and my height is 5″4. My thighs measures 8 inches and I LOVE wearing shorts. The problem is, they’re not muscles but they’re all FAT. My mom has a hard time getting me pants and my classmates call me “Pork Legs”. I need help losing 5 or 4 inches so I could at least wear my shorts with dignity.

Everyone wants to lose thigh weight; you’re not going to see a dramatically change in a one day workout but give yourself some time and you’ll see the difference. Biking and squatting really helps your thigh becomes more thin as it becomes tighter,muscles wise, so your thigh won’t “jiggle”. There’s a difference in muscular thighs/legs rather than BIG/unwanted. Exercising your legs by doing 6inches, squatting, jogging, swimming, running and leg lifts will help tone out your thighs… Drink a lot of WATER, and only water.
The number one key is your eating diet. Don’t starve yourself because it is as bad as over eating. you can choose rather to count or not to count calories; just simply start by eating fewer portions, a salad plate, in every four hours. (This is better than eating two or three BIG meal a day.) Why does your diet matter? You can spend your whole life exercising, yet if you keep eating unhealthy and fatty foods your body will only remain the same… so you’ll have to work some magic…^^ Good luck in thinning and toning your thighs… Have fun doing it ^^

Yes, you may have thicker legs simply because of your frame. You may also have muscular legs. If you don’t have excess body fat anywhere else on your body, then there is probably not much you can do to make your legs slimmer. My advice is to enjoy and make the most out of the body you have!

hi, i have been athletic my WHOLE LIFE!!! Soccer, swimming, tennis. Soccer for 7 years, swimming for my whole life, and tennis about 1 – 2 years. My thighs are still kind of big. I also watch my eating, I don’t know why they are so fatty. I don’t know what to do, I am 13.
It’s more of an endurance activity so it won’t increase let muscles much, and it won’t make either muscle smaller.
Are you sure that you don’t have muscle as opposed to fat?
Do you lose inches off your legs fast if you wrap them in bags and exercise? i drink at least a gallon of water and I need to get rid of all the fat before it gets any hotter.

thanks admin. I might have muscle, i just have a lot of “wabbley stuff” on my thighs. A LOT of athletic people at my school (girls) have pretty slim thighs, so I don’t feel comfortable wearing shorts, especially because i am in california, were it gets pretty hot in the summer. because i am 13, there isn’t much i can do.

I’m 15 and I’m really fat. My friends say if they covered my legs, I would look like a person weighing about the 50 + range. But I weight about 70 kg. I have been reading all your comments and im saddend by them all. saying “i look fat”,” i can’t be seen” My family tell me im thin but i don’t beleive them”. You know what i know everyone looks up to celebs and hey im guilty for it im from England and everyone looks upto Cheryl Cole personally i can’t stand the woman because she is stick thin and before she became a celeb she wasn’t very attractive everything about her i.e her looks and body has been solved by throwing money at it. Hey we could all achieve the so called perfect body if we threw money at it but why i mean no one person is the same not even twins.
