		<description>I have noticed that a HUGE majority of people want help with thigh fat loss. Well, there is one exercise that targets the thighs and butt. You can do it standing up or laying on your side. The main motion is this(doing this with your legs, lift your leg a foot) &#124;\ II &#124;\ II. When you start this excercise, (doing it everyday) start off by doing 3 reps, ten lifts per rep, and gradually add two more within the next few days. It helped me!! I am now more proud of my thighs then I was before, and I am twelve!!! Hope I helped ^^!!! Be sure to do one leg one day, and the other the next. Try to make it as even as possible, so your thighs wont be uneven.</description>

But my thighs are freakin huge, and I&#039;m always making up exuses in the summertime to not go swimming with my friends. and when i go to the beach, I keep a towel around my legs. I find that using Zumba Fitness (I use it on the wii) helps to slim your hips and legs and core. Also, side lunges helps the inner thigh. Another thing that helps is yoga. I receive Yoga Journal magazines and practice some of the poses from there and they help my thighs as well. As for muscular thighs, don&#039;t stop exercising. Instead, try to avoid doing jumps and stuff as the impact helps build muscle. Yoga would probably be a good idea for muscular thighs as well. But, remember, everyone is beautiful in their own way, so don&#039;t place too much emphasis on your thighs. Think about what does make you beautiful. Bye! :)</description>
