I am a mother of 3 and am proud to be stretch marks free! I am sure that I am prone to stretch marks. Just like your other commentators, I noticed a few shallow stretch marks on my thighs when I was just a teen. My grandma, who is from the Philippines insisted that I apply coconut oil to the affected area every night. The marks disappeared in a matter of days. And since then, I have been an avid fan of coconut oil especially when I am pregnant.

Coconut oil can do wonders in preventing stretch marks, but I do not think it is quite effective in eliminating old and deep ones. Your tip on herbal body wraps is very interesting, I will be sharing it with my friends and readers. Thanks.

The stretch marks will probably fade over time. You can try massaging cocoa butter and/or vitamin E cream on the skin however as this can help.

i want to ask you if this stretch mark can appear in another place or not and how can avoid myself from not viewing another stretch mark in my body

and i feel ashamed to wear a summer cloth can you tell me if i can wear summer cloth with my stretch mark or no ??

It’s just a small stretch mark, not the end of the world. It will fade over time

i am 23 years old but i noticed a one white small line in the back of my arm and i wondered is this stretch mark ???

by the way i had stretch mark on my lower back and thighs but that was since ia was 18 years old

and i didn’t put anything but now really i felt that the line are not very noticeble like the past but i will put cocao butter and vit e so as to get rid from them

i am really afraid to marry help me please i am really emabrassed i wish to die

Keep massaging vit. E and cocoa butter cream – it can take quite some time for the scar tissue to blend in with the skin. Be patient!

hi i’m 14 years old. i have stretch marks since i was 12. first i saw some on my butt. now it is spreading all over me! i had a lot on my thighs and it is still growing! OMG! what should i do? i’ve done a lot of exercise and applied Vitamin E rich lotions a lot and massage it. but then, it is still there. please help me. i desperately need you advice please ma’am.

It takes time to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Many believe that it’s the combination of Vitamin E and increased blood flow to the skin due to application that helps. Apply it regularly and give it more time.

im 15 years old and i’ve suffered with these ugly stretch marks for about a year now.. i’ve tried different products and nothing seems to work. many have told me about cocoa butter. does it really work?? PLEASE ADVISE!!!! i wanna hit the beach with my girlfriends!!!!!!
