  • Cellulite reduction
  • Body inch loss
  • Body detoxification

The key to achieving outstanding results is using the right techniques in combination with the right ingredients. [Read more...]

Home Body Wrap Kits

Have you ever tried  body wrap kits?  Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing more relaxing than a spa body wrap… trust me, I love them!  The problem is that they are quite expensive.  At $50 – $100 per wrapping session, getting regular wraps can become quite costly!

Fortunately there is an alternative to spa body wraps:

Home body wrap kits

The great thing about home body wrap kits is that they are much less expensive than spa body wraps, yet yield the same (if not better) results.

Home body wrap kits are a great way to start out if you have never had a home body wrap before.  They provide you with everything you need to perform your own wrapping session, including the direction, body wrapping formula, and wrapping cloths.

The ingredients of body wrapping kits will vary depending on your specific goals.  These home body wrap kits are not the most inexpensive method of home wrapping, but they are much more cost [Read more...]

Body Wrap Ingredients – What’s In A Body Wrap Formula?

Have you ever wondered what body wrap ingredients are in an effective formula?  Many people are simply curious after they’ve had a spa body wrap, while other would like to know the ingredients so they can make their own home body wrap recipe.

The truth of the matter is, there are many different ingredients that make up an effective body wrap formula.  Certain combination of ingredients will work better for certain applications however.

For example, if the main goal of your body wrap is to achieve inch loss, the ingredients in your wrap will be different than someone who is primarily targeting detoxification.

Most body wraps consist of clay, essential oils, and various herbs. [Read more...]

Home Body Wrap Recipes

There are many different home body wrap recipes that work wonders, but it’s important to understand that the ingredients in the recipe that you choose will depend on what you are trying to achieve.

For instance, some people are trying to achieve inch loss, while others are simple trying to detoxify their body.

Here is a sample of a great “universal” clay based recipe that I use regularly, and really enjoy:

Body Wrap Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of seaweed clay
  • 1/4 cup sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups water

This is a very simple recipe that is easy to prepare, and works particularly well to improve the appearance of your skin.

Directions:

Simply boil water in a pot, add the ingredients, and stir until the mixture forms a wet paste.

Let the paste cool off slightly, and begin applying it to the areas of your body you would like to wrap.  Once the paste has been applied to your body, begin wrapping.  I always recommend that you use body wrapping cloths as opposed to towels, as they are much more effective.

Leave the cloths on your body for at least 45 minutes.  Since home body wraps can be messy, usually the bathtub is the best place to sit during the wrapping process.  Try relaxing with some of your favorite tea and listen to calming music.

After the 45 minutes is up, remove the towels and take a warm shower to remove the paste, and enjoy the new revitalized you!
