Our body wrap treatments are extremely easy to perform alone, and do NOT require any help from others. All of our kits include detailed instructions. If you’ve made your own formula and need some tips then this post should help. Alternatively check out my eBook.
Do I need some sort of special equipment?
Our body wrap products are specifically designed to be performed in the privacy of your own home. You do not need any special equipment. The items you need to perform one of my wraps are wrap cloths, the formula/clay, and items that are found in most household kitchens such as a stainless steel pot, mixing bowl, spoon or tongs.
I’ve tried a wrap before with no results. Will your formulas work for me?
Our herbal formulas are different than any of the other body wraps that are currently on the market and do not contain potentially harmful or filler ingredients. Only the beneficial ingredients are required, which means a formula may contain only 3 to 4 ingredients. You will be amazed at the results that you will received from these body wraps even if you have tried numerous other wraps with little or no results.
The formulas will work as long as there is adequate absorption and circulation from the skin. I provide a program with each kit that will help you increase your skins ability to absorb and increase circulation. Your skin will be “fit” enough to absorb the formula. The techniques and information will also help with cellulite, water retention, blemishes, skin tone, and more…
Why do your body wrap formulas work?
My body wrap formulas have been successfully for over 10 years and have undergone constant refinement. I consider my body wrap formulas to be the best out there, but don’t just take my word for it – salon and spa owners and home customers alike give glowing reviews.
Is a body wrap a compression or sauna-like water loss treatment?
No, inch loss is not due to temporary compression or water loss. There is an element of this of course however the real benefit comes from the detoxifcation and drawing properties of the clay and compound, and the theraputic properties of the formula (should you choose to use it).
How long does it take to get a wrap?
It takes approximately 1-1/2 hours your first body wrap. You will be in your wrap for only 60 minutes, but additional time is needed for measuring, wrapping and unwrapping.
Will these body wraps help everyone?
Anyone who wants to lose inches, tone, tighten and improve the look and texture of their skin, including people with loose skin from weight loss or pregnancy. Also those who experience joint pain and inflammation will benefit from the therapeutic effects of a body wrap. Everyone who wants to look and feel younger fast!
What do I wear while I am wrapped?
You can wrap in the nude, or, women can be wrapped in a bra and panties or a bikini, and men can be wrapped in underwear or swim trunks.
What does “total inch loss mean?
Before wrapping, measurements are taken of various parts of the body (calves, hips, waist, midriff, abdomen, arms, etc.) and recorded on the chart included with my book. After the wrap, re-measure, and the your starting and ending measurements are subtracted to determine “total inch loss.”
Will the wrap help me to lose weight as well as inches?
A body wrap was designed to take off inches and detoxify the body. It is natural to experience a weight loss when you experience a fat loss.
How many body wrap treatments will I need?
That depends on the results you wish to achieve, the amount of loose skin you have, your commitment to following the tips provided within the instructions that accompany each order. To maximize your results, I recommend that you get wrapped once a week for 6 weeks. for maintenance and to continue detoxification, I recommend that you wrap once a month.
What about pre-existing medical conditions? Common sense says that, if you have medical problems, you should always obtain your doctor’s permission before you try anything new or different, a body wrap is no exception. Please read our medical information page.
What Will a body wrap do for my skin?
Your skin will be conditioned and appear smoother and tighter after wrapping. If you have recently lost weight and need to tighten your skin and body, the body wrap is a quick and easy way to do this.
What will a body wrap do for cellulite?
One of the first things you will notice is a visible improvement in the cellulite dimples and ripples within the first few wraps. Results can usually be seen from the very first wrap, but individual results vary from individual to individual.
What about problem areas such as thighs, stomach, etc…?
If you have problems in only a few areas you can wrap the problem spots to make them slimmer. It is recommended that your first wrap is a full body wrap.
How much weight will I lose?
A body wrap was designed to take off inches rather than pounds. However if you follow the techniques included in each kit, weight loss will occur naturally.

Body wraps can do a great job of tightening the skin, and although they may not completely six your issue, they certainly will help. Send me an email and perhaps I could send you some inexpensive options for a “test kit”.

I am a singer and I do performances that requires me to wear unforgiving dresses made from knit fabrics. I had surgery years ago and I picked up weight and now I have this apron in my tummy and the knit shows all of it so I use girdles to try an hide it under a knit dress. I have tried the body wraps but was to messy and I didn’t lose any weight or inches.

It depends on how high, you should certainly consult your physician before you begin.

You can get started for about $80 for a kit that will perform 4 full body wraps, and this includes bandages. For around $45, you could try a kit that does not include the bandages and you would have to use plastic wrap. However, although this method can work, I usually recommend the bandages over plastic wrap.
I have double chin and fat face. Can I wrap that are too
You can wrap your neck, absolutely.
I recently purchased the Max Results Body Wrap Kit. I have only used in once, but know that I will love it. My question is where do you order more Herbal Liquid, Slenderizing Gel and Sea Mud? I notice that you use a cup of the herbal liquid in a gallon of water to soak the wraps – with only 16 oz. of herbal liquid this won’t last as long as the mud. I await your reply.

I never recommend anyone to rely 100% on body wraps to “transform” your body, but they are a great addition to a healthy diet and exercise. They will help you lose inches, detoxify your body, and improve your skin tone/texture. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions!

Hi Ella, I have tried so many weight products out there from Acai berry to slenderstone and so may more but none of those products work for me. I even look for the least calories when I shopped but it seemed I did not lose any weights.From then I became very extremely skeptical person, but I am so embarrasing with my saggy abdomenal, my belly is hanging out front to sides. So will this product work for me? Please give me some advices. My current weight is 135 pounds and what will I do to lose 30 pounds?
Hi Kina,
The reality is, there is no “secret” when it comes to losing weight. Assuming that you have ruled out any potential thyroid problems with your doctor, the basics of weight loss are simple.
1 – You have to determine the number of maintenance calories your body needs each day, and eat at least a few hundred calories less than that number most days.
2 – You have to be active every single day, to burn calories. Walking is fine.
3 – You have to eat a healthy diet. I won’t get in to specifics here, but go very low on the carbs, and increase your intake of healthy fats.
4 – You have to cycle your caloric intake. This although you are generally going to be restricting your caloric intake each day, some days you actually want to eat more. This keeps your body guessing and ensures that your metabolic rate stays active.
Now, assuming that you are following these recommendations, body wraps can be a great way the help detoxify your body and accelerate your weight loss. I usually recommend that you aim for at least a couple of body wraps a week at first, and then you can move to “maintenance mode” where you will only need one every month.

I do love to walk I walked for at least 30 minutes each day. If I use the body wrap and while I am using the body wrap do I need to be in any special diet? How many time do I need to wear it for the first week? And when do I need to cut down? Thank you!

Hi Ella, which wrap kits are the best for skin care and as well as for inch loss or do I need to buy any combanitions.
Combining one of the Sea Muds (has lots of seaweed ingredients) along with the herbal gel would be a great combination for both inch loss and skin care. I can customize any order for you to meet your needs.
Hi, So you have to wrap yourself ,then workout for an hour?
You don’t have to workout, but it does help. There is the “relaxing” version of a body wrap where you just lie down and read a magazine, and then the “not so relaxing” version, where you move around (jump on mini trampoline, walk on treadmill etc.). The benefit of exercising while you are wrapped is that it increases circulation and really gets the lymphatic fluids flowing which in turn will help remove more toxins etc.
Dose it help of stretch marks?
Yes, body wraps can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Adding other ingredients like vitamin E to the body wrap formula can make them very effective!
Can you combine sea clay and the herbal.?

They must drink lots of filtered water. Your clients would see an additional loss of weight by just adding a cleaned brand omega oil combo like OilSmart or Dr. Udo’s. I am a 16 year old female. I HATE my body. I hide it all the time. I don’t like going out with my friends, because they are so much littlier than me. I know I am overweight. Iv tried many diets and exercises, but I just can’t seem to lose weight. I would like to know if the body wrap would help me? Don’t look at a body wrap as a magical cure. It will help you lose inches and accelerate weight loss, but you still have to exercise and eat properly. If you are unable to lose weight there is something wrong either medically, or you are not eating the right foods in correct proportions. I’d recommend that you first visit your physician to rule out any thyroid problems. If all is well, you need to sit down and do some serious research on how/what to eat, and how to exercise not only to lose your excess weight, but to improve your overall health. I have unwanted stretched skin and inches from a pregnancy over a year ago. I was wondering what is the average person’s “total inch loss” from doing the body wraps for 6 weeks? I want to buy this as an alternative to surgery (tummy-tuck and lypo) and because I am not very much overweight, I was thinking this just might be right for me.

The amount of inch loss really depends on how much one potentially has to lose. Those with more excess inches on their body obviously have the opportunity to lose a greater number than those with less excess body inches. With that being said, anywhere from 6-25 total body inches can be lost with a series of treatments. If your main goal is to tighten your skin and lose inches, a body wrap is a fantastic way to go before even considering surgery.

Hello,
I am a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran. I became disabled several years ago. I was a dog handler in ‘Nam. Each week we would dip our dog into a tank filled with a thick solution intended to kill the ticks that would attack our dogs by the hundreds.
We would get soaked lowering our dogs into this solution, bathing them, and then lifting them out.
Our fatigues and bodies would be drenched, but in minutes, it would be absorbed into our skin from the heat.
As in most things with the government, you find out the real after effects years later.
This solution was a nerve agent and just sat within my tissues until I became very ill. It entered my bloodstream and began its attack on my brain cells.
Now, I am disabled with a, as of now, incurable disease that is slowly progressive and affects my body with conditions similar to ALS.
I am confined to a wheelchair after loosing the use of my legs a few years ago.
I have developed excess fat around my hips and abdomen. I diet and try to exercise my upper body, but I need to rid myself of this “extra baggage.”
It is placing pressure on my bladder, affecting the circulation in my legs, and causing pressure sores.
Will your wraps help me loose this excess? I was a body builder and martial artist prior to my illness. My body “appeared” in great condition, and my doctors credit this to the slow progression.

A series of body wrap treatments will help tighten the skin in that area and should also help you lose inches. With that being said I still recommend that you continue working out and eating well. You may want to analyze your diet though-many people think they are eating healthy but are still consuming too many grains or sugars.

Yes, it will help decrease inches in that area regardless of age. You still have to eat well and exercise though…

28 inches is a lot, expecting a series of body wrap treatments to eliminate that many inches would be unrealistic. It is possible if you combine wraps with a consistent diet & exercise plan.

Will the wrap work if I don’t do physical exercise regularly and rarely eat healthy?
You might still see temporary inch loss, but it is not likely to last long if you are not eating properly.
How many inches can I lose by using these wrap, say in an area like my lower abdomen.
A lot depends on your current level of body fat. Normally people lose between 0.5-4 inches though..

I am currently doing body wraps right now at a salon. The one I do is the one with infrared where you lay down and you are covered with hot electric blanket. You can perform wraps on your neck either using towels, or lightly wrapping the body wrap bandages. The procedure is the same as a traditional body wrap.

It’s best to apply either a sea clay, and / or soak the body wrap bandages in an herbal liquid before application.

Hi Angela,
It may make some people feel light headed. If you feel uncomfortable in a sauna or hot tub, then you may also have problems with a body wrap.
With that being said, for most people there are no issues at all.
