Sara’s Body Wrap Journal – First Healing Wrap

The first step is figuring out which wrap is right for you. In her ebook, Wrap Yourself Slim: Body Wraps Exposed, Ella Simpson, author and founder of wrapyourselfslim.com, gives a ton of great recipes and tips for making your own wrap formulas. She even gives you resource ideas for where to get the ingredients. These look great! But as a total wrap newbie, I think I’m going to stick with a pre-made formula for now.

If you’re having a hard time deciding, don’t worry, I’m going to test out all of them and give you my thoughts on each. But, I’ve got to start somewhere.

So, after going through a comparison of the available body wrap kits, I’ve decided to start with the Healing Kit.

This Kit uses Sea Mud as its foundation. It targets cellulite and focuses on toning and slimming. It’s also good for skin problems, using Aloe Vera, which is well known for its soothing properties. It is summer and I’ve been spending a fair amount of time outside. I live in the desert, so moisturizing my skin seems like a great idea. It would also be nice to be a little less self conscious about my thighs when I put on my bikini and go down to the pool.

I received my box from WYSS a couple of days ago and anxiously dove in to see what was inside. My favorite thing so far, the brush!! I love how my skin feels after using it. I’ve been doing it every day since I my products arrived.

Tomorrow I’m doing my first wrap. I want be ready, so I’ve read through all of the instructions. Seems pretty easy.

Can’t wait to see what the results are.

Best!
