Today’s video is coming to you from Tokyo, Japan (you might notice my kitchen is a little different!) I’m pleased to share with you that although I’ve moved 15 timezones and a heck of a lot of miles from the US to Japan almost all of my measurements have remained the same since my last wrap about two weeks ago. I’ve been watching my diet and exercising when I can which takes self control but has made my relocation feel much easier!
I’ve been using the exfoliating brush, cellulite cream and amino blast body spray that came with my kit from Wrap Yourself Slim. I’ve also been taking baths using the marine bath soak provided which I love – but I have found with the travelling and my new job I’ve not had time to take a full body wrap.
As I didn’t have too much time today I decided to use plastic wrap instead of the wrapping cloths to see if it would speed up the process – which it certainly did! No waiting for the wraps to heat up, and applying the wrap was also easier and quicker as the plastic wrap sticks to itself. Kind of easier when you’re wrapping yourself without help. It’s also so much quicker to take off – and there is no washing of wraps afterwards, just throw the plastic wrap in the trash.
It’s only possible to do this with the sea clay wrap – you don’t get the full advantage of using the formula that the wraps usually soak in. Also, you don’t get the heat and compression that you do when you use cloths.
I honestly wasn’t expecting to lose many inches with this wrap but my total was still 8.5 which I think is amazing! What do you think of plastic vs. cloth wraps?
