There are many different home body wrap recipes that work wonders, but it’s important to understand that the ingredients in the recipe that you choose will depend on what you are trying to achieve.

For instance, some people are trying to achieve inch loss while others are simple trying to detoxify their body.

Here is a sample of a great “universal” clay-based recipe that I use regularly and really enjoy:

 

Body Wrap Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of seaweed clay
  • 1/4 cup sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups water

This is a very simple recipe that is easy to prepare and works particularly well to  help improve the appearance of your skin.

 

Directions:

Simply boil water in a pot, add the ingredients, and stir until the mixture forms a wet paste. Let the paste cool slightly before application.
