Wrap Yourself Slim Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. With pride and confidence in the quality of our products, we hope you enjoy your body wrap. But in case you need to return your products, we’ve made it as easy as possible!
Wrap Yourself Slim accepts returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is within 30 days of order date.
- Item has not been opened yet.
No refunds are processed if the item in question is not returned. For returns, please take note of our Return Guidelines:
- For items returned because of the following reasons:
– Does not match description
– Damaged while in transit
The costs incurred for purchasing the item/s, shipping, and return shipping costs will be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase.
- For items returned simply because of a change of mind or any other reason not mentioned above, the refund will cover the cost of the item/s in question but not the shipping charges. You will also need to pay shipping charges to return the item/s to us. The item/s should be returned in the exact same condition as it was received – undamaged, unused, unopened/sealed, complete with the original packaging and accessories.
- The refund will be processed by Wrap Yourself Slim within 3-5 business days of receipt of your returned package. A credit is issued on the basis of the payment method used during purchase. The credit will appear after 3-5 business days for credit cards after the refund is processed by Wrap Yourself Slim.
In case of a demand for refund because of customer dissatisfaction after the item/s have already been used:
- A return of the remaining item/s in question is required.
- The refund will cover the cost of the item/s in question but not the shipping charges. You will also need to pay shipping charges to return the item/s to us.
- A Customer Dissatisfaction Form will be sent through email to be filled up and sent back to us.
- No refund is processed without the returned item/s as well as the Customer Dissatisfaction Form completely filled out.
Please note that returns received after a 30-day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
