I ordered your e-book a couple of years ago. I believe before the update and was curious if I am entitled to receive the updates/new book for free. I loved your formulas and saw great results. I remember from my past experience that your formulas not only helped in my weight loss, took off inches, but it also tightened everything up.

So – I see you have books -with recipes?? Then why are you also selling all kinds of kits? Im a bit confused – and I have been an aesthetician for 24 years. I am looking for some “Magic” for my wraps, and would be happy to purchase your book – but have my suppliers for all types of ingredients – so I guess my next question is “In orde for your recipes to “work” do the ingredients or kits you are promoting HAVE to be purchased?? Also – Im familiar with the Infrared and Ionithermie methods – do your success stories utilize these items as well?

Hi Riana,
The reality is, there is no “secret” when it comes to losing weight. Assuming that you have ruled out any potential thyroid problems with your doctor, the basics of weight loss are simple.
1 – You have to determine the number of maintenance calories your body needs each day, and eat at least a few hundred calories less than that number most days.
2 – You have to be active every single day, to burn calories. Walking is fine.
3 – You have to eat a healthy diet. I won’t get in to specifics here, but go very low on the carbs, and increase your intake of healthy fats.
4 – You have to cycle your caloric intake. This although you are generally going to be restricting your caloric intake each day, some days you actually want to eat more. This keeps your body guessing and ensures that your metabolic rate stays active.
Now, assuming that you are following these recommendations, body wraps can be a great way the help detoxify your body and accelerate your weight loss. They will also tighten your skin quite nicely. I usually recommend that you aim for at least a couple of body wraps a week at first, and then you can move to “maintenance mode” where you will only need one every month.

Thanks for the order! Aim for 2-3 times a week for the first few weeks, then you can move to “maintenance mode” and perform one very 3-4 weeks.

it says we shouldnt shower for 4 hours after wrap? what happens if we do? will it not be as effective if i shower right away?
also, does it matter if we wrap ourselves 3 days straight?

I am also curious about the shower question.
And I have another question – I have been doing research to try to find out how effective essential oils are in combating cellulite and areas of excessive weight (in addition to diet/exercise), and which essential oils to use.
Is this something that is addressed in your eBook?
You can take a room temperature shower after, that should be alright.
I have a chart in the ebook that has a list of essential oils and ingredients, and tells you what they are best for.

i just had a few questions i am a male duh but also i lost around 260 lbs and had alot of excess skin . But i had my stomach fixed by the USMC but have to wait for my legs and chest would this work to tighten up that skin a little ? Maybe just help alittle before my next operation. I have a beauty pageant at the end of next month. I want to do my first wrap soon, but I have a question: If the results are permenant, why are maintenance wraps suggested? I’ll be competing for 4 days and I don’t want to wake up one day and my clothes don’t fit.
Hey Lexie – the results are permanent assuming that you eat clean and are active on a regular basis. Most people like to perform a wrap every few weeks for detoxification purposes.

Hi! I want to loose some inches on my thighs. I have a quite healthy diet and exercise frequently – if I dont do the maintainance after reaching my goals, will my inches come back on? Even if i dont gain weight?

If you eat well and remain active you may not need to perform any more wraps. With that being said, most people like to perform a treatment once every 3-4 weeks.

im os excited cant wait to do it again! i have a question about the liquid it says i can keep it on the fridge??? and also about washing the wraps.. does anythign special needs to be done with it? hand wash or washer mashine?
That’s fantastic Natalia – way to go! The liquid that has already been heated can be stored for a week in the fridge. As for the body wraps, you can either hand wash or machine wash them. I’d recommend hang drying though.

Wrapping the arms will help tighten the skin in that area. You would probably need one treatment a week.
Is there anything that you would suggest to put on your face? If this formaula tightens the skin, could it work on a persons face and neck too?
Certainly-many people use clay on their face and neck to tighten and improve the appearance of the skin. Instead of using body wrap bandages, you can use towels.

Body wrap treatments work very well to tighten and tone the skin. Over time they can help reduce the appearance of both cellulite and stretch marks as well. You would want to aim for around 8-10 treatments over a month to begin with, and then 1-2 per month after that point.

Hey Ella,
I have injured my knee almost 11months now and have recently had surgery. I am stuck doing upper body exersise, so my routine is alot less than before. As a result I have gained some inches even though I have been carefull nutritionly. I am hoping to order the max results product soon in the hopes to reduce measurments around hips and waist. I have seen from your website that you have explained that it is not a water loss but a fat loss, however I am terrified that the results will only last a week or so and the inches will pile back on once u have a meal/ drink alot of water. I am currently a uk size 12/14. Is it possible that my inchloss will be less than the 6inch minimum advertised as I am not overly birdened with exess fat. Apologies if this results in a similar answer you have published.

I’m sorry to hear about your knee injury.
You are correct in that the inches lost are due to the removal of excess lymphatic fluid as opposed to water.
In regards to your question about the amount of inch loss and how long it last for, it’s really difficult to answer that since it varies from person to person. Some of our clients have lust upwards of 20 overall body inches after a series of wraps, while for other it’s only a few.
Typically we recommend a series of 6-10 wraps initially. After that many people like to perform ‘maintenance’ wraps once every 4-6 weeks. I think you will find that if you eat a very clean diet and keep as active as possible (with the upper body exercises), you will be able to keep the inches off indefinitely.
