Skin Care Body Wraps
Herbal body wraps are one of the most incredible skin care treatments. After your first body wrap skin care treatment, one of the first things that you will notice is that your skin is both firmer and softer. The ingredients that are used in an herbal wrap skin care treatment have traditionally also been used for skin conditioning.
These beneficial skin care treatment ingredients include:
- Sea mud & clay
- Essential oils
- Seaweeds
- Natural herbs
All of these ingredients are powerful enough on their own, but by combining them together and allowing each one to work together, you can concoct the ultimate body wrap skin care treatment. Your own formulas will be as or more effective than any of the commercial skin care treatments on the market. Best of all, you will have peace of mind knowing that you did not use any filler ingredients or harmful chemicals.
Now more about how body wraps rock when it comes to skin care…
Body Wraps as a Tightening Skin Care Treatment
The tightening skin care treatment of an herbal body wrap can be attributed to using Clay based or sea vegetable based formulas. These ingredients are also widely known to soften the skin, and are used in many commercial skin care treatment products.
You will notice that you skin feels and look much tighter after only your first treatment, and even more so after your second or third treatment.
Herbal body wraps are an excellent skin care treatment for those that have loose skin due to rapid weight loss, pregnancy, or simply due to the natural aging process.
Body Wraps as a Softening Skin Care Treatment
Performing regular body wraps will allow you to help clear up your complexion and in some cases prevent breakouts. Bacteria and toxins are drawn out by clays and/or seaweeds from the surface of the skin allowing it to both breath and regenerate itself. With these harmful substances out the way your skin is allowed to turn over quicker creating new softer firm are skin.
To get the most out of your treatment, I recommend applying a post-wrap formula that will continue to hydrate and feed nutrients to the skin. This is especially important after using a clay based wrap, as it will help replace the moisture lost from the drawing properties of the clay.
Post-wrap formulas should contain essential oils, carrier oils, and other natural ingredients to help balance the skin’s PH.

Does the book have all recipes to do the various treatments and provide knowlege on when to use the different processes?
Hi Brenda,
There are a number of different recipes for specific purposes, and a chart that shows you what ingredients to use so that you can customize your own recipes for specific purposes. For example, if your goal is cellulite reduction you want to be sure to include seaweeds. For inch loss, Green Tea and a few other essential oils work very well.
can your ingredients be found on the kitchen..i live in Canada and its always winter in my place. i dont know where to get mud or seaweeds or whatever. are there alternativeS?
Hazel,
Although there are alternatives, the ingredients for my recipes need to be purchased. Basically you would need a few essential oils, and either a form of Sea Clay or Aloe Vera gel. Once you have these base ingredients you can make enough solution for many body wraps for a very low cost per wrap.
where can i purchase this sea clay??except for online
Ella, how long does it take to be shipped to Canada
i would like to purchase your book, please provide the link
thanks
