How often should I perform A body wrap?
You can experience a wrap every other day. We recommend that you be wrapped 2 times a week until you meet your goals. Then continue to wrap once or twice monthly to enjoy continued benefits.
How many wraps will I need?
For best results, complete a series of 4-12 wraps initially. You will need a series of wraps to see long lasting results. Depending upon the amount of cellulite that has formed, your percentage of body fat etc. will determine the number of wraps needed to obtain your desired results.
How many body wraps will I get from one container?
You will get approximately 2-4 body wraps from one 8 oz container of sea clay or sea mud. If you are doing partial or spot wraps, you will get many more. Remember to apply a thin layer of the clay or mud to the skin for best results.
Will I lose a lot of weight?
Body wrapping is not a weight loss process. The Body Wrap process is designed to reduce inches. You will look and feel as though you have lost weight which can encourage you to stick to your diet and exercise programs.
Is the inch loss permanent?
Yes, as long as you stick to drinking plenty of water and eating properly.
Is the body wrap safe for everyone?
Almost anyone should be able to have a wrap but if you have a medical problem, circulatory problems, heart disease, low or high blood pressure, diabetes, or other disease, check with your doctor first. It is recommended that you consult with a doctor before beginning any weight loss or inch loss program. Do not perform a wrap if you are pregnant, nursing, menstruating or are constipated.
