The Definitive Guide To Body Wrap Ingredients
Using the right body wrap ingredients is one of the most important factors determining the success of your body wrap treatment. Using low quality ingredients or incorrect ingredient combination’s can literally mean the difference between achieving outstanding results, and no results at all.
This is why I bring you “The Definitive Guide To Body Wrap Ingredients“, in which I will outline all of the most effective ingredients to use in a body wrap formula.
How Many Body Wrap Ingredients Should I Use?
You do not need many ingredients in order to be effective. It’s more important that the ingredients that you choose are of high quality, and are those that are the most effective for your specific goals whether that is inch loss, body detoxification, cellulite reduction, or a combination of each.
A body wrap formula can be effective with only a handful of “essential” ingredients such as clay and salt, however, it can also be very beneficial to various herbs and essential oils to your concoction. These additional ingredients can really take your body wrap results to the next level.
Body Wrap Ingredient Classifications
Body wrap ingredients can be classified in to the following categories:
- Clay
- Salt
- Herbs
- Sea Vegetables
- Essential Oils
- Nutrative “wetting agents”
Keep in mind that not all body wrap formulas need to use all of the ingredients listed above. Generally the formula you use will depend on your goals, and will either consist of a clay, or liquid base. Liquid based formulas are much less messy and are excellent for detoxification, where as clay based formulas require more cleanup, but are best for inch loss due to their powerful drawing properties.
Now, more details about each of the body wrap ingredients…
