Which Body Wrap is Best?

I’d like to help you determine which is the best body wrap for your application.  Choosing the best body wrap is important, because using the wrong one will cost you both time and money.

How do I choose the best body wrap?

It all comes down to establishing a clear set of goals, because your specific goals will determine which type of body wrap is best for you.  For example, someone that wants to lose inches would want different ingredients in their body wrap than someone who wants to detoxify their body.

The important thing to understand is that there is not one single body wrap that is fully effective for every purpose.

Use the chart below will help you determine which body wrap is best for you.

Which is the best body wrap for cellulite reduction?

When it comes to reducing the appearance of cellulite, it’s important to choose a body wrap that contains different types of seaweed (like kelp and bladderwrack for instance).  I’ve found that these really help. Adding the anti-cellulite firming lotion to your wrap, or applying it after a body wrap is also extremely effective.

Certain herbs are also important, especially when combined together like in the liquid herbal formula.

Which is the best body wrap for inch loss?

Inch loss wraps tend to work best with a dry mineral clay or sea clay base since they are full of potent minerals.  I generally recommend adding an herbal liquid to the inch loss wrap to maximize it’s effectiveness.

Which is the best body wrap for detoxification?

Detoxifying body wraps can either be a liquid or clay & liquid base.  I recommend combining a seaweed clay with liquid Aloe Vera or liquid herbs for best results.

Which is the best body wrap to improve my skin?

If your goal is simply to tighten, moisturize and generally improve the look and feel of your skin, you can use a liquid base wrap (no clay).  Aloe Vera liquid or an herbal body wrap liquid both work well.  Be sure to exfoliate the skin with a dry skin brush before the wrap!  Although I recommend that you do this before all body wrap, it’s particularly important with this particular wrap.
